With 300 internships per year, positions are available in HR, Marketing, Accounting, Banking, Legal, Operations, Project Management and more at world-class organisations including, but not limited to, JP Morgan Chase, Citi, British Airways, UBS, RBS, Blackrock, Barclays, BAML, Credit Suisse, Liquidnet and Thomson Reuters.
Interns complement their work experience with postgraduate study. You can choose from studying toward a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Practice, a Masters in Global Entrepreneurship or an MBA in International Business Practice. The MBA route includes a further four months in Bangkok for the dissertation semester. Prices for the programme depend on which academic route you wish to take.
Interns live in a modern residential community in Newport, New Jersey, looking over the skyline of Manhattan. With shops, cinema, hospital and gym, Newport becomes an interns’ home from home. The hustle and bustle of Manhattan is just 10 minutes away via the PATH transport system.
Mountbatten interns tend to do everything they can to make the most of their experience and the Institute also offers the opportunity to get involved in events like the New York annual Tartan Parade www.tartanweek.com, fashion shows, sporting matches and community engagement activities.
